Who can order from Equip4work™

Anybody can order from Equip4work! We are primarily a Business2Business supplier, but we also sell to private individuals too - just remember to add VAT to our prices (which is done for you at the checkout).

How do I order from Equip4work™

How do I pay for my order

You can pay by card, online or over the phone using one of the following cards: 

VISA, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Solo, JCB, American Express, VISA Electron or by PayPal.

Please note, payment will be taken as soon as your order is received - we have to do this in order to get your order moving. If there are any problems with your card, one of our sales team will call you (don't worry, it is usually a typo!).

You can pay by bank transfer payment
Please call our sales team on 0333 234 4233 for details. We will send you a Pro Forma invoice with our full bank details for making your payment.

When paying by bank transfer please remember to add your order reference, this allows us to ensure your order is processed as quickly and efficiently as possible. 

Or you can open a credit account (not available for private individuals).

Who can open a credit account

Instant Credit Accounts are available for: Government bodies, Local Authority, NHS, MOD, Schools, Colleges, Universities etc.

For businesses, you can select to open a credit account during the checkout process when ordering online. For this, we will need your company details including a company registration number (where applicable).

Credit accounts will be accepted subject to a third party credit check. You can also call our sales team on 0333 234 4233 and they will set up an account for you.

Once your order is placed, we will send you an email confirmation to confirm that your account is open and your order has been processed.

How long will my order take

Unlike our competitors - every item on our website shows the estimated delivery time. These delivery times are given as a guide and delivery may be before, or in some cases slightly after this date.

We always try to deliver your items as quickly as possible!

When will my delivery be made

Deliveries can only be made during working hours, Monday to Friday and we cannot always provide an exact date at the time of ordering.

For office furniture items, you will usually receive a phone call in advance to let you know when your order is expected to arrive. Please note that due to time constraints we are unable to call in advance of delivery on our next day furniture ranges.

Where do you deliver

We can only deliver items within the UK. FREE delivery applies to addresses within UK mainland and where stated, many items also have free delivery to the Scottish Highlands. If there are any issues we will contact you as soon as possible once your order is placed. Click here for further delivery information.

Can you deliver to any floor in my building

Deliveries are made to the ground floor entrance of your premises as per standard transport practices. 

Please make a note on checkout if you have any specific delivery requirements including site restrictions for larger vehicles, delivery to another floor or specific booking in requirements to access your site. Upon receiving your request we will liaise with the transport company to confirm your request and advise back together with any charge if applicable.

What if I have a problem with my order

We take customer services seriously!

We know that from time to time, things don't go 100% to plan. But unlike other companies who leave you on hold for long periods of time, we want to get the problem resolved as quickly as possible for you. If you have any problems with your order, please do not hesitate to send an email to and we will reply within 2 working hours to provide you with an answer, or to let you know that we are dealing with your problem.

We use couriers to deliver many of our items, and unfortunately damages can happen. If this is the case, please sign as damaged and send us an email with a description of the damage as soon as the item is received to or 0333 234 4233 and we will deal with this for you as a priority. If possible, please attach a photo of the damage to your email.

We understand that some things can't be sorted by email - in these cases, please call us on 0333 234 4233, and we promise not to keep you on hold in a queue.
