Christmas Deliveries 2020
Next Day orders placed between 24th December and 4th January will be delivered between 29th December and 5th January. Please note that there is no guaranteed Next Working Day delivery during the holiday season. If you are unable to accept deliveries on the 24th, 29th or 30th December, then please make a comment to advise on your order. For items with longer lead times, please note that these will be extended over the Christmas period as no manufacturing or shipping of these goods will take place from 24th December until 4th January 2020. How much is delivery?
Delivery is FREE on all orders over Â£50+VAT to UK mainland!
Orders below Â£50+VAT are subject to a small delivery charge of Â£5.94 (Inc VAT), this is in order to offer you the best possible unit price for your selected product.
Delivery surcharges may apply to the Highlands of Scotland, we will make contact to advise of any applicable charges as soon as possible once your order is placed. In some cases, specific carriage terms may apply to individual items, if applicable these are noted on the product pages.
How long will my order take?
Unlike our competitors - every item on our website shows the estimated delivery time. These delivery times are given as a guide and delivery may be before, or in some cases slightly after this date. We always try to deliver your items as quickly as possible!
Next day delivery
Thousands of our products are available with free next day delivery. Just be sure to order before the cut off time, which is stated on the product. Some next day items (usually office chairs) can even be delivered assembled and ready to use for a small charge.
When do you deliver?
Deliveries can only be made during working hours, Monday to Friday and we cannot always provide an exact date at the time of ordering. For office furniture items, you will usually receive a phone call in advance to let you know when your order is expected to arrive. Please note that due to time constraints we are unable to call in advance of delivery on our next day furniture ranges. Where do you deliver?
We can only deliver items within the UK. FREE delivery on orders over Â£50+VAT applies to addresses within UK mainland, and where stated, many items also have free delivery to the Highlands of Scotland.Â In some cases, specific carriage terms may apply to individual items, if applicable these are noted on the product pages. If there are any issues we will contact you as soon as possible once your order is placed.Â

Deliveries are made to the ground floor entrance of your premises as per standard transport practices. Please make a note on checkout if you have any specific delivery requirements including site restrictions for larger vehicles, delivery to another floor or specific booking in requirements to access your site. Upon receiving your request we will liaise with the transport company to confirm your request and advise back together with any charge if applicable.Â

Problems with deliveries
We use couriers to deliver many of our items, and unfortunately damages can happen. If this is the case, please send us an email as soon as the item is received to email@example.com or call 0333 234 4233 and we will deal with this for you as a priority. If possible, please attach a photo of the damage to your email.
