How much is delivery?
FREE delivery on orders over £200, £100-£199.99 add fixed charge of £9.99, under £99.99 add fixed charge of £6.99 to UK Mainland (Ex VAT).
Delivery surcharges may apply to the Highlands of Scotland, and in some cases lowland areas of Scotland, we will make contact to advise of any applicable charges as soon as possible once your order is placed. In some cases, specific carriage terms may apply to individual items, if applicable these are noted on the product pages.
How long will my order take?
Unlike our competitors - every item on our website shows the estimated delivery time. These delivery times are given as a guide and delivery may be before, or in some cases slightly after this date. We always try to deliver your items as quickly as possible!
Next day delivery
Thousands of our products are available with free next day delivery. Just be sure to order before the cut off time, which is stated on the product. Some next day items (usually office chairs) can even be delivered assembled and ready to use for a small charge.
Due to increased pressures on some delivery networks, delivery services may take slightly longer than usual. At present Next Day Pallet Deliveries in particular are affected to some areas and we have made notes against applicable products with further information where known.
When do you deliver?
Deliveries can only be made during working hours, Monday to Friday and we cannot always provide an exact date at the time of ordering. For office furniture items, you will usually receive a phone call in advance to let you know when your order is expected to arrive. Please note that due to time constraints we are unable to call in advance of delivery on our next day furniture ranges. Where do you deliver?
We can only deliver items within the UK. FREE delivery applies to addresses within UK mainland, and where stated, many items also have free delivery to the Highlands of Scotland. In some cases, specific carriage terms may apply to individual items, if applicable these are noted on the product pages. If there are any issues we will contact you as soon as possible once your order is placed.

Shipments to Northern Ireland, BT postcode - Please note that due to changed rules as of 1st January 2020 there are some products that we are unfortunately unable to deliver to Northern Ireland. If you are based in Northern Ireland and have a product requirement, then please contact our sales team by mail to email@example.com or by phoning 0333 234 4233 with your enquiry. If you have already placed your order for delivery to Northern Ireland, then we will contact you to advise if we are able to ship and of any related shipping charges before it your order is processed, and payment confirmed. Deliveries are made to the ground floor entrance of your premises as per standard transport practices. Please make a note on checkout if you have any specific delivery requirements including site restrictions for larger vehicles, delivery to another floor or specific booking in requirements to access your site. Upon receiving your request we will liaise with the transport company to confirm your request and advise back together with any charge if applicable.

Problems with deliveries
We use couriers to deliver many of our items, and unfortunately damages can happen. If this is the case, please send us an email as soon as the item is received to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0333 234 4233 and we will deal with this for you as a priority. If possible, please attach a photo of the damage to your email.
