COVID-19: Information and FAQ
During this pandemic, we are working hard to mitigate the challenges we are presented with, while at the same time keeping our customers satisfied and our staff safe. We are experiencing a huge increase in traffic, orders, emails, and calls, so please bear with us should it take longer than our usual super speedy service!
Can I still place an order?
Yes, you can still place your order online or over the phone with our sales team on 0333 200 5290.
My staff/colleagues are now working from home, can you deliver direct to them?
Yes, we supply and deliver to both commercial and residential. Please contact our sales team if you require shipments to several addresses by phone on 0333 200 5290 or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Will I still receive my order?
Yes orders are still being dispatched from our warehouses. Our customer service team will contact you should they know of any delays.
Do I still need to sign for my delivery?
No, our couriers are now offering a contactless service, so you can maintain the correct social distance at all times. The drivers have been instructed on the distancing guidelines, and have been supplied with hand sanitizer.
What are we doing to ensure that there is stock for my order?
We are working hard to ensure that stock shortages are avoided, but due to huge demand, some are inevitable. When that happens, we work with our customers and our supplier network to ensure that we have an appropriate substitution ready for you.
We endeavour to keep our website up to date with out of stock information and alternatives. No small task with over 1 million items on our website.
What measures have we put in place to protect our staff?
All of our office staff are now working remotely from home.
Our warehouse staff have been split into shifts to minimise the number of staff in our warehouse at any one time and to ensure that social distancing guidelines can be followed at all times. There is a full clean and disinfect of all equipment, machinery and break areas at the end of every shift.
What if there’s an issue with my order?
Our customer service team can still take your call should you require any assistance, phone us on 0333 200 5290. Please remember we are dealing with an extremely high number of orders and enquries so please bear with us.
Are services affected?
We are still open and delivering orders daily, working harder than ever to provide our customers with the products they need at the service level they've come to expect from us.
Due to increased pressures on some delivery networks, delivery services may take slightly longer than usual. At present Next Day Pallet Deliveries in particular are affected to some areas and we have made notes against applicable products where known.
Please contact us to discuss any urgent requirements and please let us know if your premises are not manned for deliveries on certain week days during normal business hours.
